As I swim out from this beach. The icy cold water numbs my feet. But you know what? I don’t care. I just don’t care. As I drift out with the tide. On this cloudy day under these summer skies. But you know what? I don’t mind. I just don’t mind. And as the sun sets again over these grey and divided sands I hope and pray. That one day I’ll find what I’m looking for. One day just not today. I’ve found my way to go. It’s on my own. Something to hold on to this won’t just fade away. And I can’t pretend and I can’t forget, what happened this time, this time yesterday. As I walk around these docks. It really makes me thankful for what I’ve got not what I’m not.
